EN55035:2017, the long-awaited replacement for EN55024, EN55103-2 and EN55020, was released in the Official Journal ( OJ) last month.

Like EN55032, it is function-based and written around that rather than being product specific. We have had the Korean version, KN35, on our UKAS schedule since January 2016. Korea adopted the 2015 version of CISPR35. Having had nearly two years’ experience of KN35 testing, this has allowed us to quickly gain accreditation for the latest requirement for EN55035 and add it to our UKAS scope.
