Global EMC Testing - Eastern Europe
From April 2015 the EAC mark for Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan comes into force for all electrical products. All products now certified for these countries need to have a Customs Union certificate and also carry the EAC mark.
As of Summer 2015, Armenia had also signed an agreement to join the Customs Union and it should be expected that the same rules will apply as for Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
The exception to this is for Wireless products which have not been included in common CU Technical regulations so each of the countries Wireless certification will operate independently of the EMC ones.
Frequency ranges from 9kHz to 6GHz using CISPR22 rules. Testing at 230V 50Hz. As a Nemko ELA our reports can be converted into Certifcates of Conformity for the Customs Union mark.
